I checked steam reviews and see normal sized font on my end with firefox at least. Do you have any add ons or extensions installed that might be affecting the font size on certain pages? Have you tried taking a look at steam reviews through a private browser tab?
Let me know what you find out.

You can right-click and select "Inspect Element" to open the builtin Inspector with this element selected.
You can check in the Rules tab in the right panel in the Inspector what font-family is used for selected text. You can check in the Font tab in the right panel in the Inspector what font is actually used because Firefox might be using a different font than specified by the website.

no idea how i didnt think of this. i did have an addon called "enhanced steam" and apparently that caused it. thanks. apparently its been discontinued and is now being developed under the name "augmented steam". last update was back in february so that makes sense. thanks a lot again.

There are other things that need attention.
Your System Details list shows that you have a user.js file in the profile folder to initialize prefs each time Firefox starts. The user.js file will only be present if you or other software has created this file and normally won't be present.
You can check its content with a text editor (right-click: "Open with"; do not double-click). The user.js file is read each time Firefox is started and initializes preferences to the value specified in this file, so preferences set via user.js can only be changed temporarily for the current session.
You can delete the user.js file if you didn't create this file yourself.
You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
- Help -> Troubleshooting Information -> Profile Folder/Directory:
