cannot add the file into email

I notice there is no ' before file: and no ' after .vue. Suggest you try adding the ' in those places. eg:

use: thunderbird -compose "to='446769454@qq.com',subject='测试',body='test',attachment='file:///C:/Users/zhouqx/Desktop/dashboard.vue'"
