How do get back my bookmarks and passwords from a carbonite backup?

My hard drive failed, but I have all of my user profile in a Carbonite backup. I know how to recover the bookmarks, but how do I recover all of my saved passwords? The Vista recovery on a new hard drive took me back to a factory install.
