There are many web sites where you can sign up for a free e-mail address. Go to Yahoo Mail or Gmail (for example), and press the button that says "Create new account." If you already have an account at that site, you might need to use the "sign out" or "log out" option first.

If you need more help, please contact your e-mail provider.
