How do I get rid of the "frequent" websites that are pinned to Mozilla on my taskbar?

When I right-click the Mozilla icon that is attached on my taskbar, a tiny screen pops up that lists all of the frequently viewed websites, as well as "tasks". Is there any way to get right of the "frequent" section? I tried looking under options on the Mozilla page but with no luck....

Hopefully you can help - Thanks!

At the task bar (right at the bottom of the screen), do a right click then select "Properties" Flick over to the "Start Menu" tab, un-tick "Store and display recently opened items in the Start menu and the taskbar". Click on OK.
