Why can I not log into my photobucket account?!?!?!

I go to log in and it gives me the error message that the password or email is incorrect. So I click the "forgot password", type in my email and NO RESPONSE is emailed. How do I access my acount?!?!?!

see your capslock and numlock status, if not that problem, check if there is any key stuckin' there(not correctly jump up), and try an alternative web browser, I.E. 7/8/9, google chrome 10.x, to see if it the problem of firefox. if firefox 4 don't help, try firefox 3.6.16.
