After I updated to the most recent version of the Firefox, the save tabs window didn't show up. I searched on the Firefox help and it told me that it could be my settings and to restart and disable add-ons. I tried all the suggestions and none of them worked.

You can set the warn prefs on the about:config page to true via the right-click context menu or toggle with a double left-click.


To open the about:config page, type about:config in the location (address) bar and press the "Enter" key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website.
If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page.
