My toolbars have disappeared. I have only the navigation bar and the tabs. How do I get back to having a choice of toolbars?

There are no menus other than the Windows menu in the upper left, the Adblock menu and the Home Page selection. How do I get them back?

Once the menus are back, you can use the Toolbars submenu in the View menu to restore other toolbars.
