My toolbar disappeared! Can anyone help me restore my default to show the "file, edit, view, history,bookmarks, tools help buttons??

The whole top of the browser is missing! No back button, forwaard button, refresh button,home, or even the address spot to type in an address.

If it is the menu bar that is missing see the menu bar is missing article. For other toolbars, in the view menu select toolbars then click on the name of the toolbar to toggle displaying it.
