This can sometimes happen because of a temporary security block or a problem with the signup session. 1. Wait 24 hours before trying again if you've made several attempts. 2. Try creating the account at accounts.firefox.com in a private window or another browser. 3. Temporarily disable any VPN or proxy, if you're using one. If it still fails, what is the exact error message you see? Does it appear immediately after submitting your details or after entering the email verification code?
