I'm suddenly having a problem where images don't save as .jpg unless I add that myself. At first, it wanted to save images as WebP, but I was able to fix that in the about:config. Now when I go to save an image, it wants to save as Chrome HTML document and I have to click all files and then add .jpg.

I've recently begin to receive pop-up notifications from Facebook, but when I choose to stop them, it doesn't. It takes me to Facebook and the notifications keep coming. How do I stop them?

After moving to a new laptop my Mozilla appearance changed drastically such that often the text is invisible (sometimes clicking on "select all" is a sub-optimal workaround".) Some images are blank spaces. I've tried working with "Website Appearance" in the settings to no avail. Thanks for your help!

somehow about since 3 months ago i believe (or start at 2026) suddenly i can't stream on firefox again but all other browser that i tested are worked just fine

it gave blackscreen like ss that i attached. even tried on fresh installed Firefox for android too

to be honest i love feature of firefox that i can pop-out PIP windows all more than 1 and even gave full screen of that PIP

i tried every suggest that appeared on website like Disable Enhanced Tracking Protection, turning off hardware acceleration, clear cookies, autoplay are on ALLOW, doing safemode check also make that black screen, even check about:config media.mediasource.enabled (set to true),DRM ON

my system : AMD 7600x, memory 16GB,GPU : RTX3060, Windows 11

For the last 2-3 day I have been experiencing a box that asks for my signature each time I go to a new website. I can't move the box. I can't screenshot it. Does anyone know how I can get rid of it?

I cannot get audio to play on the browser. I've gone into settings and the default says that audio should be on for all websites. However, Youtube, facebook, instagram, etc., won't play audio. Audio plays on other browsers (Chrome, Edge). what must I do to get audio working?

Recently, something happened to my installation of Firefox (I do not know what happened) causing the search suggestions (I do not know the proper name of this feature, but if I am right I will be glad) to appear taller than they were before. This disturbs me (I do not know why). I would like to return the individual search suggestions to their original narrower size.

im playing farmville 2 in zynga games online but it plays very slow ans keeps freezing. ive done what was recommened but there is no change to the game, i was wondering if you could help by telling me if there is anything i need to do in the browser to get this game working better

When I close Firefox, it says I have 608 tabs. I keep a lot of tabs open, but not that many! I have tried closing them, but they reappear when I restart Firefox. I want many to reload but not the ones I have closed previously. Please advise -- it is really effecting the performance of my Lenovo laptop.

Logged onto my laptop this morning, just like every other morning. Firefox opened as if I had never used the browser before. Asked that I sent up a new profile. Could not access my existing profile. I can't find files anywhere on my computer with the information. If I open any of the old Firefox folders, I get a new set-up. Is there anyway to recover my bookmarks and passwords? Not feeling like this is a very secure product right now.

Lately when I go to facebook, I am confronted with captchas to prove I am not a robot. However I keep doing them and keep getting another one. The last time I gave up at about 20.

Meanwhile when I go to f/b on microsoft edge I get in immediately.

J'ai 2 PC sur lesquels j'ai windows 11 ,sur l'un je n'est aucun soucis de faire un copier coller d'un lien du navigateur sur le bureau ,mais sur le 2 ieme PC impossible ,il n'y a que edge qui le permet ,pourquoi ? Cela fait des semaines que j'essaye mais rien à faire que puis-je faire c'est très très gênant je préfére mozilla. Merci d'avance pour ce problème.

Fire fox wont allow Prowriting aid to run. Its a desktop app and should be able to run. I have tried updating both programs. Changed settings and done everything I can think of but it still wont work. I dont wish to change Browsers but may be forced to if this problem cant be fixed
