Can get my backup info from refresh

I did a refresh on my Firefox and the system did all the backup. But now I can not all get all my tabs ,groups, history, as well bookmarks back into Firefox. So how do I get all info back? Denny Souers [redacted phone# from community support forum]

How did you do the refresh.

All the data you want is held in the 'profiles' folder, which may be salvageable.

If you type 'about:profiles' in the address bar you will see some options to access another profile temporarily to se if the data still exists

You will also see the path where the profiles are in windows usually C:/users/name/appdata/mozilla .... etc.
