Youtube embedded videos on website article not loading

Browsing this website article I can see that there are embedded Youtube videos in the article but they are not loading, instead I only see blank spaces. I've turned off all extensions, turned off tracking protection, cleared cache and cookies for both the website and Youtube.com, and tried viewing the website in troubleshoot mode.

Chosen solution

I am able to replicate the issue, but after clear the cache and accepting their cookies, I can see the videos. see screenshots of chrome and firefox I naturally in the beginning rejected their cookies and the videos did not show.

I had to go into troubleshoot and then I would get the prompt for the site cookies. see screenshots With all blockers off, I was also able to get the prompt to appear.
