You can change your feed preferences. Go to the settings or personalize section of the news feed and select “World” or “Global” instead of local topics.

If there’s no option, try clearing cookies or using a different region in your account settings — that usually resets the feed to broader news.

Thanks for getting back. Can't find the settings your refer to in 'settings'. It seems the update wiped out the news feed I was getting and forced this one on me, now I can't get back to the old one which I liked. Have clicked some things and now I see no feed but thats ok because Firefox is becoming as bad as the MS Edge thing. They keep making changes to feed more rubbish at us and give us no choice but to accept it. I started using it 5 years back because I thought it had users in mind but like all these platforms the money drives their direction. Think I'll try the Norton browser and see what it is like.
