Dear all,

I can't connect the Claude Login page anymore since beginning of september 2026. Last week I had no problem to connect it from Firefox. I have to go through Edge or Chrome.

Please advise.

I haven't been able to use my bookmarks now for a few weeks and you keep updating but nothing gets resolve. Years ago MOZILLA was great with not issues but lately is always a problem and sometimes is even blocked. Was going on there?

My Firefox browser shows the built-in icon (x VPN) in the upper right of the screen. If I click on the icon it starts the process that results in successfully logging into my mozilla account and the screen prints out the following: Next: Turn on VPN

One more step to boost your browser’s privacy. Go to the open panel and turn it on.

But the screen shows no open panel! If I click on the (x VPN) again, the process starts over.

I have checked Settings > Privacy & Security and made sure that the entry "Allow Firefox to improve features, performance, and stability between updates" is checked. I have made sure that browser.ipProtection.enabled is set to true; browser.ipProtection.everOpenedPanel is set to false; and I see no entry for browser.ipProtection.openedPanelWithLocation.

I have signed out completely from the Mozilla account, restarted the browser, and logged back in to restart the process using (x VPN) but it still doesn't work.

I wanted to register a hose reel. I have attached the information provided for registering the product.

When I entered the URL shown on the card stating that the page could not be displayed. I don't remember the error exactly. The strange part is that I could go to the home page, but if I selected the registration option I got the error. So it made no difference how I tried to go to the registration page I got the same error.

I was about to call the manufacture when I decided to try Microsoft Edge. To my surprise the web page opened and I completed the registration.

After completing the registration I went back to FireFox to get the error for this question. To my surprise the web page opened correctly.

Can you explain what is going on and what I should do if it happens in the future?

Since the last update (I know that Firefox DE is a beta/semi-nightly release, I just want to know if this is my mistake or a bug), only my first firefox window has address bar, all the other windows don't. And when tabs are vertical, the rest of the windows don't even have a title bar. (This behavior doesn't apply to newly created windows) Also, non-primary windows also lose the capacity to resize the vertical tab bar. ¿Did I do something wrong or is this a bug?

I'm trying to purchase an online admission ticket for the Forum Romanum in Rome, Italy. The web address: ticketing.colosseo.it results in a 403 error. I'm sure it's a legit website. Please fix this. Thanks in advance.

Very many news agencies now require paid subscription to read their articles. I don't want to see those companies lead in for articles in my Firefox home page.

Google news home page (news.google.com/home) has an option and others by clicking the three dots ... to the right of article title lead in. There are multiple choices offered among those options is: HIDE ALL STORIES FROM ------ (it doesn't name the news agency because it is to the right of that SPECIFIC article). Presto no more show up in news.google.com/home.

Now that more and more news vendors require paid subscriptions to read even their first article it is a great feature I have used for years on news.google.com/home. But now I am regularly using Firefox home page and sure miss that feature.

Finally I wish I could afford to pay for so many and truly there are now many require paid subscription to read even the first article. Others let you read one.

Anyway thank you for your consideration. I think it provides a competitive edge if not overwhelmingly complicated to enact.

Mozilla passkey will not download to thumb drive. Am I missing something when attempting to set up a passkey through USB connection? Using Windows 10 on a laptop. Regards, George

My spell check generally doesn't work, but occasionally comes back to life, I have tried the about config, and change value to 2, I have tried uploading dictionary, and making sure check as I type is ticked, but the setting on config seems to keep reverting to 1, and I'm sure if I have successfully uploaded a dictionary, I clicked on language pack, Ironically while I'm typing this, my spell check is actively involved.

My old gmail that was associated with my mozilla account was hacked and lost forever. I'm trying to change the email that is associated to my mozilla account to my new one, but there is no button to change or remove my primary email. I clicked "Add secondary email" hoping I could add my new gmail as a secondary then swap it to primary, but adding a secondary email requires a 2fa verification code sent to the gmail I no longer have access to, and I don't see any bypass options. How can I change the email associated with my mozilla account without access to the old one, or do I have to abandon this mozilla account and make a new one?

I am trying to turn off stories that show up on Firefox Home Page. I do not like them, it clutters the homepage. But every time I turn the option off in settings, it automatically reverts back on and the stories do not disappear. This is an update that I am not a fan of as a user.

I have switched off the "story" but want to get rid of the overlay for this. How can I do this. It is visually offensive to have this big gray blob in the middle of my screen. I have been loyal for firefox because I do not want this kind of intrusion.

Whilst on various websites, reading articles or even on Gmail, Firefox takes me off them and takes me to Recent Browsing and I have to click on the website from there - this happens frequently.
