Emails not downloading to inbox

Hi I just downloaded Thunderbird to my windows pc and was able to download some of my emails from the server up until July 2025 (about 10,000) but after that nothing has come through and am not receiving any new emails either. I've checked my server settings and all seems correct so not sure why it stopped at July?

Thanks @sfhowes. I'm with a POP server not IMAP.

First, is the account with AOL or Yahoo? The normal POP servers are pop.aol.com and pop.mail.yahoo.com. If you already have one of those with correct settings, add export to the server name and see if the older mail is downloaded.

Neither. I'm with an Australian service provider 'webcentral'.

I can't help with that provider, so I suggest you contact them for a solution, which might be similar to the one for AOL/Yahoo.
