This is the screen I get when I follow the instructions from the first denial screen:

400. That’s an error.

The server cannot process the request because it is malformed. It should not be retried. That’s all we know.

the last time I received an email update on my desktop PC (Win 7 Pro) was 4:08PM (yes, PM) for one account and 4:44AM (yes, AM) for the other account. On my phone, the 4:08PM is the same but the other email account recd an update at 3:17PM.

I believe I received an email at 4:08PM on both my cellphone and my desktop but I deleted it on my phone, leaving the latest received at 3:17PM. So, error in receiving email on both phone and desktop occurred at the same time.
