Encountered a NS_ERROR_DOM_MEDIA_FATAL_ERR in the MediaDecoderStateMachineBase.cpp process while accessing multiple pdf files.

Opened a directory of pdfs from the command line using ```firefox * &``` and went on with my work. I don't think that those errors are related to PDF files. As you can see by the filename MediaDecoderStateMachineBase.cpp, this is about decoding media (audio/video).

Make sure you have the latest FFmpeg and libavcodec packages installed.

You can check the Media section in "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) to see if errors are reported and codec support.
