Setting the location for downloads I wanted to put files in C:> users/downloads but consistently got the message "failed" The full path for this location seems to be "This PC > Acer C:\ > Users > Downloads\ " but I cant enter all this when I browse on Firefox Settings. It defaults to "C:\ users\downloads\ " I checked the box to "ask me for a download location" This did not help.

Thanks for any help.

If that is a root directory sometimes the O/S will not allow downloads to that folder you need to make a custom download folder to save downloads to.
