I am guessing from the folder names you are using Microsoft exchange and probably the exquilla add-on to access exchange. https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/exquilla-exchange-web-services/?src=search The add-on used to require an annual subscription. This changed for Thunderbird 60 and will I understand be reintroduced with Thunderbird 68 to be released in the next few months. It is in Beta testing now. So I suggest you contact the add-on author on their new web site seeking support. https://www.exquilla.com/

Alternatively use davmail as an intermediary product. http://davmail.sourceforge.net/index.html
