I want send massage use thunderbird v 52.0 with ascii code, always failure. but if i use thunderbird v 45.0 was success. My question, Any different for ascii code between thunderbird v 52.0 and 45.0? if different, can i use ascii code v.52.0 in v.45.0?

for addition, i want send massage to rpsl@level3.com. For send to that email, need use ascii format.

Email is unicode. ASCII has been obsolete for some decades now.
