I have tried resetting the Firefox settings, all the internet aspects have been thoroughly checked and are fine; I cannot understand what is stopping the films from running; this problem only started in the last week. There is no helpful help on Netflix.

What was FF before and now? Sometimes it works best to uninstall all FF and deleting the Mozilla folder and doing a fresh install will fix any corrupted FF installs or updates.

Thanks so much for responding. I completely removed and reinstalled FF, also removed all traces of Netflix (cache, data etc.) but it hasn't worked. The fact that Nfx. runs on Chrome suggests that it's a browser issue. Some people might give up but l really want to understand (and fix!) the issue... :(

Thanks so much for your reply. I have tried completely removing and reinstalling FF; also clearing Netflix (cache, data etc.) but sadly, it has made no difference.
