I pay all bills online. Firefox stopped letting me login to Ally.com/auto. Chrome works!! Firefox has worked for a couple years! All the rest of bookmarks work.
After research on support site I clicked: Help> Troubleshooting Information. I clicked the Open Folder button on the first table on the page and it opened Windows Explorer. Then I exited Firefox and after waiting a minute renamed SiteSecurityServiceState.txt to SiteSecurityServiceStateOLD.txt I restarted Firefox again but it still will not log into Ally.com/auto. Chrome will log into it.. I never had a problem until now. I started using Firefox after dumping Windows Explorer a few years ago. Is it time for Chrome?

Separate Security Issue: Update your Flash Player Note: Windows users should download the ActiveX for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).
Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the ActiveX.
Flash Player Version: Version 28.0.0.161

I tried the link and had no real problem. Odd but everything was pushed to the right, not centered.
Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? Error messages?
Make sure you are not blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
