Is there a way to set Firefox to auto refresh a page periodically?

During the day I'm logged into a web chat session that is quite an old version. When someone posts something I have to refresh the page to see the new posts. Is there a way to have Firefox refresh automatically? Like every 15 or 30 seconds?
