http://www.file.net/process/accelerometerst.exe.html

The process known as Hp Accelerometer System Tray belongs to software HP 3D DriveGuard or Hewlett-Packard (version 3D DriveGuard System) or Hewlett-Packard Corporation Mobile Data Protection System by Hewlett-Packard Company (www.hp.com) or Hewlett-Packard (www.hp.com).

I suggest re-installing this program.
