I get error message stating I am going too fast and will be blocked if I keep going like that, I cancel or confirm error, and before I can even type ONE LETTER

When typing a Message or whatever, I often get this message,.... Here is a copy of it......

Sometimes After I close this Box, before I can move te cursor from where it is mid screen to where I am typing I get this same box come up, other times I manage ONE Letter/digit, other times can manage quite a few.....

It is driving me mad....... HELP

Here is a Screenshot of the actual Error.... untill I clear it from the screen I can't do anything....... Seems to affect Facebook more than any other Page but I HAVE had it on others as well

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?

ONLY Firefox... mainly Facebook but on other sites as well.... just not as often
