in coming mail inop after latest upgrade. Outgoing OK. Why?

Unable to receive incoming messages after the latest upgrade (38.6.0) Retain ability to to send message!

Checked all available help and am unable to discern what is different. If anything.

I can send "troubleshooting" info if I had an Email address to send it to, if it could be useful.
