There are three versions of Flash. ActiveX for IE, Pepper for Chrome, and Firefox uses the Plugin version of Flash.

Your "Installed Plug-ins" doesn't show Flash for Firefox.

You can download Flash from here: https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html

Get the one for Windows > Plugin-based browsers.
