Hi I recently closed all my apps on my computer and Thunderbird was one of them, (not realising, and a mistake.) I then 'downloaded' the Thunderbird app again and went in to help and saved my files and folders, as it states that your files are kept if you loose the data it is always kept in the memory history. What I did was : Went into 'Help'. 'Trouble shooting' - 'Show files' and I saved from the download onto a memory stick.

Now I do not know how to put these back into the Thunderbird again. It is only showing the basics as if I have just started new and not all my client files / folders and supplier files that I should have? when I do go into the search at the top of the page to look for a particular client it is still showing that they are in the Thunderbird memory so they are still there. I hope you understand my email. I look forward to hearing from you. Jacqui Have I lost them through this process. Jacqui
