I rebooted the computer today but made sure that my Sync was okay so could sync it after I rebooted. And when I then downloaded Mozilla and would sync it said it that my account did not exist, even though I saw my account before I rebootade, I even saved the key for me to be able to sync. So I made a new account (same account name as before) but now there is no where i can sync enter the key for me to sync my old stuff.

Help me !

The Sync 1.1 version that used the 26 character sync key has been discontinued and will be shut down in September.

If you used that older Sync version then you may not be able to connect to the Sync account with the current release, only Firefox 28 and older versions can use the old Sync 1.1 version.

You have have to use the current Sync 1.5 version that uses a Firefox account (email and password) to connect to the Sync server.
