Recently updated Fedora from 21 to 22 using the fedup utility.

This worked perfectly well in Fedora 21.

Mouse wheel scroll works perfect in the terminal, and other browsers and LibreOffice. This is NOT a Linux OS issue.

While using the wheel to scroll, the page will bounce up and down and never actually scroll to the target--it will scroll 3 lines, then bounce back to initial position, or past it in the wrong direction. This happens while scrolling up or down.

Hi ShadowAce, I do not have this environment to test this, however I can inference that you might be able to disable scrolling acceleration: Firefox menu > Advanced uner browsing or about:preferences#advanced in a new url. Uncheck accelerated scrolling.

I have also found others who have noticed this issue:

Was that extra information helpful to find a work around? If it is a Firefox bug it might be what the version of linux uses for scrolling. Mozilla only maintains the linux branch, but it might not hurt to file a bug in bugzilla.mozilla.org.

Thank guigs!

It makes more sense that it is a GTK problem. I'll undo the acceleration.
