I have lost my archive folders of saved emails. How do I retrieve them?

I received a message from Mozilla that I could create more email accounts with other providers. I had a difficult time getting out of it. Anyway, I have had problems with my emails since that time.

I have lost all of my emails saved in folders and under Archives. How can I retrieve them? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

What are you talking about? A response to a support thread you started? Otherwise I doubt Mozilla would send you any messages.

I had a difficult time getting out of it.

Please explain in detail what you did and what happened.

When I opened Mozilla a page appeared stating that Mozilla had agreed with other providers to allow me to add additional email addresses. I didn't want to add email addresses, but there wasn't anyway to delete or end it. I re-started by computer and the same thing happened. I put in my email address, but not the correct password a couple times. Finally a box appeared, that I could check, stating that I could do this later. I, now, believe this was a pish. as my Mozilla Thunderbird account is completely changed.

I was able to retrieve my email addresses in the Write format. However, I have last the Archive Folder and all of the folders within it, plus other folders with saved emails. Can you help me retrieve the saved folders?

Also, I have a Sent and a Sent Mail, which I don't need both. I tried to remove one, but it keeps coming back. Ila
