tool bar had the time and date, now the time is off . i cant change the time, dont understand the codes? so frustrating there is no instructions on how to set up a normal time

Are you possibly using "Resist Fingerprinting"?

When this feature is enabled then you are switched to the GMT (UTC) time zone.
