I am trying to login to Outlook and after I submit my login details the tab says "Working..." and won't load
The tab says "Working..." at the top, and will flash the outlook hyperlink, and go back to saying "Working..." The bottom left of the page will alternate between saying "waiting for logon from Microsoft...." and "sending request to outlook..." The rest of the page is plain white. This is a new computer, with the newest version of Firefox installed. I transferred all bookmarks and passwords from my old computer using the steps suggested by Firefox. I did not have this problem on my old computer. Outlook will load in other browsers.

When you try to get access to any Microsoft webpage, first you are re-directed to the 'log-in/sign-in' area. Once you are logged in, you are re-directed to whatever webpage you wanted to access.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

Unfortunately, those steps did not fix my problem. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox.
For this it's best to use IE or Edge to access web outlook. There are features that don't work properly in other Browsers.
You can also use e-mail browsers like Windows Live or Thunderbird.
