No, there isn't a version of Firefox for the iPad.

There is ongoing work on a basic Zotero iOS app - see here: http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/20588/ipad-application/ I'd expect a first alpha to come out soon. If your question is about using Zotero with an ipad, that's your best bet. For current workflow with tablets generally, also check out Zotfile reader.
