For clarity, I am based in the UK trying to shop from the co-op supermarket which is based in the UK.

I am getting an access denied message with shop.coop.co.uk, but not with any other UK online shopping site.

I have tried all the usual suggestions like reboot, clear cache, remove proxy, and I do not have VPN.

I have downloaded the html of the message, and taken a screenshot of it as shown below. Looking into the html, there are references to Incapsula, which may suggest where the problem lies?

This problem started when I had to change my Virgin Media hub from Super Hub 2 to Hub 4 around July last year.

One suggestion that is often made is to delete cookies. However it is not clear which cookies may be relevant.

Any ideas on how to identify the source of this issue will be most welcome.

I have a personal bar with folders. When I click on a link in a folder, the folder automatically closes and if I want to open another link in the same folder, I have to reopen the folder. Is there a way to leave the folder open like Edge and Opera do?

I am trying to access certain HTTPS website and some of them show PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR in Firefox. This error is not present in Edge or Chrome. Any ideas on what could be the problem?

Here's what I've tried (none of these works):

   DNS over HTTPS turned off
   Uninstall all add-ons
   Reinstall Firefox
   Create new profile and set it as default
   Delete/rename certs.db in the Firefox profiles folder. 

I'm tired fixing errors which become more complex and solutions are written for people who have the time an knowledge to waste fixing these constant issues in FIREFOX, Time to change browser.

I don't know if this is relevant but one of the website that does not work is https://delta-executorr.com/

Whenever a Firefox extension connects to a particular native application for the first time, a dialog opens that looks like the attached.

I've pressed "cancel" on this prompt.

Where are the "privacy settings" I can use to revert this ? Nothing in the "Privacy & Security" section looks like it, and there's nothing in the "about:extensions" sections either.

When I try to save a page to a tab, clicking the star icon creates the link, but it opens in some unknown tab! I have to find it to put it in the right place! I would like to be able to save the page wherever I want and create a new tab if needed.

I'm used to visiting the about:translations page on desktop and Android to help translate text. This still works on desktop, but it looks like a few releases back, this ability was removed from Android. I can't find any info on what the replacement is, or any new article talking about removing support for it on mobile. What's going on?

On one macOS Sonoma machine, Firefox launches very slowly and then crashes. On another Mac with the same macOS version, Firefox works normally.

Even in Safe Mode, Firefox cannot start its GPU and socket subprocesses. Steps to Reproduce 1. Download the latest Firefox from the official Mozilla website. 2. Install it normally in /Applications. 3. Launch Firefox by double-click or from terminal. Firefox starts very slowly and then crashes or becomes unstable.

Firefox is currently unusable on this machine due to repeated crashes and inability to initialize required subprocesses. • Any recommended workaround or diagnostic steps.

I rebooted my laptop to find that Firefox removed all of my data. I looked up for ways to fix this and then arrived at the conclusion that I could create a profile and set the folder to one of the profiles that weren't listed on Firefox. It seemed to save my history correctly and my saved downloads, but they all said that they were moved or missing. I checked the passwords and instead of the long list of passwords that I normally have, there were only a couple, and the passwords were also sometimes outdated. I cannot recover some of these passwords. I've tried checking the passwords in the other profiles that were listed in the profiles and nothing shows up. None of the cookies were saved either

In the pass while on a tab inside a group[1], whenever I 'open link in new tab' it keeps the group closed, but now it forcefully opens the group. Is there setting I can press to stop this.

Good day, I don't know if this is related to the latest version of Firefox that was installed within a few days. When I'm in a "reel" and I click on either the face or the arrow in the circle, nothing happens. Other times when i'm at an item, the same thing happens. I've rebooted my system: Mac Mini (running Ventura 13.7, 3.6 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i3, 8 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 memory). Firefox V: 147.0.1 I've swapped my mouse with another known to work, with the same problem.

Tonight I ran Facebook on my iPad (V: 18.7.2 - 7th gen.) and everything worked.

Could the updated Firefox have a problem?

i just update my firefox to a new ver yesterday 147.0.1 (64-bit) today suddenly not playing any reels its just stuck pushing play button also dint not help playing the reels

FireFox Tab Groups can remain closed and be re-opened via "List All Tab Groups"

That's why I use FireFox (v146/v147) and not Edge or Chrome

BUT what worked well these last four months suddenly stopped working TODAY, i.e.

 "List All Tab Groups" has disappeared and all I see are tab groups created today

Sadly I never created any FireFox account until a few minutes ago Does that mean those lost Tab Groups can only be recreated manually or is there an easier way ?

Will this catastrophe happen every time FireFox auto-updates itself on start-up (v147 since Jan13) ???

Hi everyone.

Basically when the browser is (I think) idle while watching YouTube, FF is constantly backing up (the timestamp in the backup file name keeps getting updated). From the settings page I thought it once every 24 hours. I noticed from higher than normal CPU usage impacting FF and the Windows search indexer. Which reverted to normal once I disabled the backup.

I checked the about config:

• browser.backup.scheduled.minimum-time-between-backups-seconds

Is set to 24 hours (86400 seconds)

But I also noticed:

• browser.backup.scheduled.idle-threshold-seconds

Is set to 15 seconds(!). Is that what I think it is? Back up whenever there's a 15 sec idle window, regardless of the minimum? Can I safely make that 86400 seconds too, or does it do something else entirely?

All of a sudden my bookmarks and history have disappeared and I cannot add new bookmarks. I have researched this and tried everything I could find to fix - namely restarting FF, restarting the PC, renaming places.sqlite, using task manger to locate which app is locking the file. I also used the Places Database to Verify Integrity and here are the results: Task: checkIntegrity - Unable to fix corruption, places.sqlite will be replaced on next startup > Task: checkCoherence - The task queue was cleared by an error in another task. > Task: expire - The task queue was cleared by an error in another task. > Task: vacuum - The task queue was cleared by an error in another task. > Task: stats - The task queue was cleared by an error in another task. > Task: _refreshUI - The task queue was cleared by an error in another task.

Nothing has worked. Help!

I am running W11 (HOME). FF is acting like I am running W10 (I keep getting info on needing to upgrade to W11).

Now to the real problem:

It appears since I upgraded FF to 146.0.1 64 bit, FF seems to have problems pulling up password/ids that haven't been used for a while. It actually can't find them as if they had never been used. The number of "passwords" it lists is rather small (like 8). This is causing me to have to go through lost password routines.

Any idea what or why this is happening?
