ACCESS TO INCOMING SERVER FAILED

There seem to be big problems going on at Spectrum/Charter/TWC. Neither mail.twc.com (TWC's email servers) or mobile.charter.net (Spectrum and Charter's servers) appear to be online right now and may have been down for a day or more. It does not appear to be a Thunderbird issue. We are watching the situation to see if we can do anything to mitigate the situation, but for now there's nothing we can do, but we will post an update when there's more news. I suggest you contact Spectrum to notify them of the problem (but I hope they already know) and to find out the status.
