Windows says Firefox requested it; Firefox was asked to provide it by Amazon. Amazon thinks you either want to create one, or have one already created and/or available.

Look around your Amazon site to tell it you don't have/want one, or liaise with their support in case they insist you must have one… which you presumably don't have already. So it's basically a login issue on Amazon side — they will be able to assist you further.
