Amazon displaying all the way to left side of screen, instead of centered. Not happening in Chrome or Edge.

Have you tried with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode because I see several add-ons in your screenshot? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf

I briefly saw it tried to load an Alexa wizard in the left panel before it went blank again. I think Firefox is blocking a new Alexa AI assistant from running on the page.

I was having this exact issue, and it turned out to be uBlock Origin. Amazon is loading a new side panel with some Alexa assistant thing, and uBlock Origin completely blocks all of it, including the "x" to close that panel. Turning off uBlock Origin temporarily let me see the close button. Clicking that made the layout shift back to where it's supposed to be.

I imagine other ad blockers may be doing the same thing.
