Sorry to hear that the website doesn't work as expected. In order to look for the root cause, please follow the steps below and provide us with more information to troubleshoot your issue.

1. Please check if you have Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) enabled. You can do that by clicking the shield icon at the left of the address bar.
   • If ETP is enabled, try disabling it. Does the problem persist?
2. If the problem is not fixed, try clearing Firefox cache. Does it help?
3. If it does not help, also try clearing cookies and data for Facebook (warning: you will be logged out on this website). Does it help?
4. If it also does not help, try running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode. Does the problem persist?

I Have done all that after consulting with Copilot chat. It always worked before and just stopped loading. Like i say it works on Edge.

I have the same problem. Is there a list of extensions that may be incompatible with Facebook or does anyone know if Facebook has stopped working on updates for PC browsers? I have asked Facebook but all I get are boxed AI responses that never address the issue.

Firefox seems to start the loading process as always, but its like it seizes after the first item comes on in the news feed - it will not continue loading or is caught in a loop. The Notifications tab is blank, anything beyond the first article is blank, and I cannot post or add anything because when I click on the required area, it is just a dark frame with no content, no notifications, and no indications of loading. It reminds me of Netscape 1995 trying to load "Realplayer"

Sometimes, if I load multiple tabs of Facebook, one will "hook" and then behave normally* but upon refreshing the feed, page, or line item, it seizes like the others.

As I am old and have dealt with the super-fast 14.4 K loading screens of the 1990's and AOL dial-up, (much faster than 300 Baud of Commodore Ham Radio "Packet"), I am patient and often wait up to 10 minutes for a page to load. My Download speed is currently 350Mb/sec (upload slightly higher via speedtest), so its not the connection speed.

I would really appreciate a person at Firefox rather than another AI bot to respond. To assure it is a person, please add the word D U C K somewhere in the response without spaces. Thank you.
