I get asked for the password for tb_sync, I try to use the password for the email account and that fails. I don't know about any TB password. See image. Account works, just won't sync. I can log into the account directly from a web browser. TIA

Your account password won't work with that dialog. Have you updated the TbSync and the Exchange AES provider add-on? Instead of that dialog asking for credentials, you should be getting a popup window asking you to sign in to your Outlook account.
