When I try to print emails from one company the text is truncated. They are trying to tell me it is a thunderbird issue, but I believe it is a problem with their html formatting for the email. The email DOES print correctly if I log in to gmail from my web browser, but not when I try to print from Thunderbird. I don't have problems with any other emails. How can I determine if something is wrong with their html?

What does it look like if you use 'Print Preview' ? Are there any images in that html email ? What is the size of that email ?

If the email does not contain anything you deem as sensitive data, please post an image of the 'print preview'. You could use 'Paint' program to obscure anything that is sensitive.
