
Firefox is not working and I cannot get to my mail to get a new password or anything
I cannot get anywhere. It states Fire fox is not responding. I do not know how to get Firefos to respond. It did ask me to create a new password. I did what it said but I cannot get to the email that Firefox sent. Very aggravating. I am in charge of three businesses and need help immediately.

You are talking about Firefox not responding, then it wants a password. While the Password Manager can be set to require a password before it is accessed, the browser does not use a password.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.
You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).
