Several emails have downloaded incorrectly - they are not in html, and the content (plain text code) refers to the content of a different email.

Emails are in plain text code. Some do not contain the content anymore (downloaded before). All appear to have content from other emails (for example, a personal email contains the text "Nordstrom Rewards." Also the "From" "To" "reply to" and "cc" lines do not appear.
