No sound in Thunderbird.

Hello there !

I've recently installed Thunderbird, and encountered a sound issue : it's totally mute ! I've got no clicking/ticking system sounds (for example when changing folders, validating options, etc), and that wouldn't bother me much if this didn't include the new mail sound notification.

I tried both system default and custom sound, even the "play sound" button... well, I guess it works, for it ain't greyed, but no sound comes out ^^

ThingsToKnow : _I'm on Windows 7 Premium Family pack _I've checked the sound option in the SysTray : system is not manuelly muted, nor is Thunderbird _Ive tried to run in safe mode, no change _I've added 2 new lines in the about:config panel : "mail.server.server3.defer_get_new_mail" and "mail.server.server3.defer_get_new_mail", both set to "true", dunno if that can cause any sound issue ? _I haven't tried re-installing Thunderbird yet so far

That's all I can think about for now. Any ideas ? :)

mail.server.server2.defer_get_new_mail* for one of the two about:config lines, sorry ^^
