can't change password for mozilla addons
I tried to login with my old password for firefox addons and it didn't recognize it. I requested a password reset, then went to the link from my email and typed a new password in both boxes. I received a message that said your password was changed,. Yet when I went to log in, the password still didn't work. I tried two more times to reset and enter a new password (I tried different passwords just out of curiosity) and the same problem keeps occurring.

I doubt if the Add-ons forum AND the Add-ons website use the same password / username database. Not a 100% sure because I use the same username and same password for all the Mozilla websites, except for Bugzilla and Mozilla Labs which use the email address for the username; according to my master list of website logins those two websites initiated login credentials two years apart - 2006 and 2008.

Password changes for the Add-ons website aren't related to this website. The helpers over at the Add-ons support forum should be able to help you with your problem better than we can.
I figured this was general mozilla support. I can't post to the add-ons forum because I have to log in with my add-ons account which is not working, which is what this problem is about. Not really sure where I can go to let mozilla know about this issue
