There is the German version of Firefox 5.0 at http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html however the Linux builds there are 32-bit as 64-bit are at http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/latest-5.0/linux-x86_64/de/

Or if you do want a language pack it is at http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/latest-5.0/linux-i686/xpi/ as de.xpi
