Cannot "Save As" Images

I restarted my computer tonight and when I came back to Firefox, I found myself unable to right-click "Save As" images. I click "Save As" and then the window for me to select a file path / rename the file etc. just doesn't pop up at all.

I also notice that on a site with a "Save PNG" button that should also bring up this window, it also now does nothing.

I Refreshed Firefox through the "More troubleshooting options" and strangely this enabled me to save ONE image with a "Save As" right-click/button, but then trying a second time went back to no window popping up. I refreshed twice like this and both times only the first attempt would work before all others would be unresponsive.

(Before the Refresh(es) I also tried Troubleshoot Mode and restarted my computer again, but no luck.)

See this specific security permission for latest macOS updates:

whether you're able to allow the access manually. It was believed to only be affecting the most recent macOS security updates, but might be worth trying even on your older OS if it makes any difference.
