Since i live in Russia we a have tough situation with VPN's. It must be configured on a very proper and high level. It was working for a wile ago. But it stopped for some reason. I would like to send you a log if it could help but i don't know how.

First, the root causes of the situation with VPNs must be removed.

Can you test it in Khasakstan? Thanks.

If this is about the paid Mozilla VPN, for dedicated support please submit your question with your Mozilla VPN app by going to Settings > Help > Contact Support. Alternatively, you can sign in to the Mozilla account connected to your subscription here (if not already) and then use this link to file a ticket.

If the issue is with the Beta of browser–based Use built-in VPN in Firefox then please note the service is not available in Russia: support.mozilla.org/questions/1601484
