I use Firefox in Windows 11, but when I close it, my three open tabs are gone, it is supposed to open them.

I use Firefox in Windows 11, but when I close it and reopen it, my three open tabs are gone, it is supposed to open them, as checked in settings. I see the same thing happening in the MacOs, but no answers for Windows either.
